HEY brought community members together to support local needs by providing in kind donations of food, personal hygiene and laundry supplies for the Concord, NH Coalition to End Homelessness Resource Center for the month of April. The Resource Center runs Monday-Friday weekly where individuals experiencing homelessness can meet their basic needs, such as shower, laundry, and mail; and engage in case management services focused on securing and maintaining permanent housing. .
